When I first rescued my cat from the shelter I went to a pet food store and got a few samples of different kinds of food and put them in front of her. She picked the wellness salmon. When I got my second cat almost a year later I was still using the brand and my boy cat took right to it. He had been a stray in my parking lot and he didn't seem to have any trouble adjusting to the new diet.The only reason I had to stop buying it is because I lost my job and could no longer afford the high prices of wellness. If I could find it cheaper I would still be using it today. Now that I have changed my boy cat has indigestion issues. He throws up much more often to the bewilderment of me and my vet. As soon as I can afford to go back to wellness I will because he didn't have this problem when he was eating it. I used the salmon wellness for a long time.
