He doesn't like liver. The one she recommended is high in protein and low in CHO (whatever that is), and he has been doing well for 3 years now with a daily injection of insulin. Actually my vet recommended some Fancy Feast canned cat food (not all of them and not the dry kind) for my cat who is diabetic and doesn’t want to eat the vet special cat food that has liver as the main ingredient. He doesn’t like liver.

The one she recommended is high in protein and low in CHO (whatever that is), and he has been doing well for 3 years now with a daily injection of insulin.
